Salespeople (2) did not have full knowledge of the hybrid, did not back up each other, attempted to trick & manipulate price promises & negotiations. Acted petty and condescending toward me. The folks at El Cajon Subaru have worked on my car twice now while I've been visiting the San Diego area on different occasions.
