Issac was great. I’m concerned about the paying process. No cash exchanged and a finance contract was written with a big finance percent number. I told them I would pay cash for the car, and they said I could just pay off the loan when the paperwork arrived. I still waiting for the paperwork and now concerned there will be an additional cost to me. My credit score was in the high 800’s, so I’m not sure why the contract wasn’t written with a much lower rate. Should have been in the 4’s or below. More
Terrible service. Brought car in twice for service in 2 months for battery/starting issues. Neither time did they offer/mention running diagnostics on my battery drain. However, the 2nd time they did recommend replacing my spark plugs which were replaced on the 1st visit. When I asked them about it they said they just recommended it based on mileage, which is insane. Recommendations should be made based upon issues present and mileage since last known service. The service record which they have access to. When I called today after picking it up to ask if the battery drain diagnostic was run, they offered to do it for another 300. The diagnostic that should have been run and would have gone towards the 400 I spent on a battery. This place is a money grab, never going back there again. More
