I wish I could leave a good review, because we really liked Josh and everyone else we talked to. Unfortunately, this was a little ridiculous. We bought a Kia Sportage and paid cash. So far it's been four trips (an hour drive each way), three to make the purchase - paperwork would take too long before closing, come back Monday; Monday by our appointment time they've only just started the inspection that expired; etc etc. Now we finally have the car and 5 minutes off the lot realized the air compressor they "just" put in is busted. But they didn't believe us even after we went to a local mechanic, had us drive the hour up again, only to tell us what we already knew but they don't have the part so come back AGAIN next week. literally a comedy of errors, we came to just buy a car and not haggle and we're on 10+ hours of driving back and forth, two rental extensions, and nothing offered whatsoever to help us out or fix any of it. Like I said, we liked the people a lot but this is getting ridiculous. More

A shoutout to Josh P. Bought our used Dodge truck in July. Upon the test drive there was a vibration and a noise, Josh promised all would be fixed when we picked up.
