Honest, welcoming and knowledgeable Went back to Sun to see Rocky after leasing an Encore from him last year. We still have the Encore, but it was time to replace our Acadia. Rocky explained the different models and the pricing. Since we were looking for a larger car than the new Acadia, we decided on the Enclave. We love coming to Sun and Rocky because there are no games and we don't feel like we are playing Let's Make A Deal. We got the deal that was offered at the time and we are happy with our choice. Joe contacted us as soon as we decided to take the Enclave to explain our coverage options and we were also happy to see Kevin again. We know if Rocky is busy or out for the day, we can speak to Kevin. Thank you Rocky and Kevin. We will be back and we do recommend you to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Its BABY TIME !!!!! So i had called tony a few months back and told him i was wanted to get a bigger suv then my 2015 terrian......we wanted a bigger suv becuase we are e So i had called tony a few months back and told him i was wanted to get a bigger suv then my 2015 terrian......we wanted a bigger suv becuase we are expecting our first child.......now in a total frenzy i found out that the new terrian was smaller then the old terrian....and the acadia got smaller also.....so i kinda feaked out a bit ( to myself didnt want to let wife know) i knew i wanted something bigger with 3rd and maximum cargo room.....but also a nice super safe suv for my wife so she can drive our newborn around town......point here is tony is awesome....i was freaking out and he calmed me down.....he broke down the difference between the acadia and enclave......i left there that day in a nice calm manor.....i say this becuase car shopping is VERY STRESSFUL......but tony managed to just know wat to say to me....... So thank u tony so much for making this very easy........cant wait for BABY in the new car !!!! More

Amazing Customer Service When we walked through the doors at Sun Buick GMC, we did not expect to purchase or lease a vehicle; we just wanted to rule out the Acadia and the Enc When we walked through the doors at Sun Buick GMC, we did not expect to purchase or lease a vehicle; we just wanted to rule out the Acadia and the Enclave before heading to the Infiniti and Lexus dealerships. However, we were immediately impressed by the Enclave that was sitting in the showroom. When the salesman Rocky Dentici approached us, he was polite and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel like we were being pitched or hustled. He listened to what we were looking for, answered our questions, and then gave us room to check out the car and talk amongst ourselves. Rocky was straight to the point when it came to talking numbers, and he found us every incentive that we were eligible for, saving us a good chunk of change! Every step of the leasing process, from our first tour and test drive of the Enclave to the processing and delivery of our truck, was handled expertly and efficiently by Rocky; as a matter of fact, we drove off the lot with our new Enclave within 24 hours of walking through the doors! When we purchased our last vehicle, from Westbury Jeep, we left feeling as if we were bamboozled and overcharged. The process seemed never ending and we were shuffled down the line, each person trying to intimidate and up-charge us. Dealing with Rocky Dentici at Sun Buick GMC was a breathe of fresh air! I would recommend this dealership, especially Rocky, to anyone looking to buy or lease a Buick or GMC! Our Enclave is beautiful and we love all of the safety features- it’s going to be the perfect truck for our growing family! More
