We came a couple of weeks later after a test drive to purchase a 2018 Terrain SLT 1.5 engine that was not in stock and walked out with a 2018 Terrain Denali. Nick was so patient as we went from one car, to another to then finishing with the Denali. He must have started our paperwork 2 or 3 times before we finalized everything. I NEVER felt pressured, actually it was an enjoyable experience. Every question asked Nick had an answer, if he didn't know he looked it up. He also made sure we got the best deal, which I have NEVER had before. Usually Salesmen just want to get you in the car to sell. Then lets fast forward to pick up. Dan sat down with us prior to pickup to get all the finance paperwork in order. When we came to pick up I couldn't believe how fast and convenient the process was. We didn't have to sit in an office for over an hour discussing the final finance. Everything was READY, talk about EASY. Overall I am so happy with my purchase!
