The Service Team, especially Don, are great to work with. My F-150 was serviced at my appointment time. The work was professionally done and I would take my vehicle back to the Service Team again. However, the Service Team is place in an awkward position because of poorly engineered parts they must deal with. "Swollen Nuts" is what they call the lug nuts on Ford vehicles when the outer covering of the lug nuts swell due to heat or rust causing moisture (yes, those things that are used to secure a wheel to threaded wheel studs --- major safety issue in my opinion). Ford Motor Company knows about this and becasue a Class Action Lawsuit was tossed out do not feel they should do something. Imagine my surprise when I was told that I had "swollen nuts" but I needed to replace all 24 of them at $7 a piece to get a two year warranty. My lug nuts were about 3 1/2 years on the vehicle. When I thought I was going to pay $49 for "The Works" service, I actually paid $233 ($168 for new lug nuts). Shame on Ford Motor Company. More

My car was handled in a timely manner with a clear penchant for attention to detail. The service department was truly impeccable in their skill, as well as their customer service. Worst experience Imaginable. Everyone from day one knew I. I bought a car in the middle of a ongoing problem when I had no idea and they sucked me right up into it, took my $$ and dismissed me.. I purchased a 2020 Ford Explored, traded in my 2017 Explorer and gave them over $10k. On the second day, the car made a horrible noise and switched gears on its own from Drive to Park. Called Sun State Explorer and gave them over $10k. On the second day, the car made a horrible noise and switched gears on its own from Drive to Park. Called Sun State Ford, they took the car back and gave me another 2020 Ford Explorer. It did the same thing on the second week and had to be towed to Sun State Ford. The salesperson/manager Willie told us both vehicles came from the same batch, the transmission fluid was leaking. We all know driving a car without transmission fluid damages other parts of the car. The dealership no longer wanted to deal with me and my husband and pushed us to Ford Motor. Ford Motor and Ford Corporate are not doing anything to help us, they're telling us to go to the dealership. What we want is simple, give me another Ford Explorer 2020 without leaks or my money back so I can go elsewhere. They are good at taking your money but don't want to stand behind their customer service promise. More
