September 3, 2026 The Siun Toyota/DealershipWarranty Company can you prove that beyond a reasonable doubt? Recently, I went to the dealership for some general service, and there was a check en Company can you prove that beyond a reasonable doubt? Recently, I went to the dealership for some general service, and there was a check engine light on. They found that the head gasket had failed and antifreeze fluid that entered the engine damaging two cylinders, with the recommendation of replacing the engine. Warranty company was active and reported I needed all services in the following areas provided oil changes, tire, rotations, air filter change, cabin air filter for AC system change. All receipts provided to the warranty company with a denial stating we didn't have all tire rotations done at the correct mile intervals. So with that said they denied the claim and the engine repair was my financial responsibility I paid the bill - $7000.00 on 8/29/26). So to quote Johnny Cochran in the O.J. Simpson case , can they prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the tire rotation directly affects the failure of a head gasket leaking fluid into the engine and damaging it? Anybody including my deceased grandmother would know that there no probable cause. Just another excuse for warranty companies and dealerships who agreed with the warranty company to get out of paying something for their failed product and very manipulative warranty contract. As a customer of 34 years of Sun Toyota, Holiday, Florida, the Toyota dealership and corporate Toyota sided with the decision made by the warranty company which ironically assigned to me as a customer when I purchased a car in February 2023. So much for respect and loyalty for a customer from a dealership for so many years with many car purchases, service dates, and referrals of family and friends.
