Made an appointment said it would be 2 hours went in at 9:30 asked 2 and a half hours later how much longer? Their response “ Oh we don’t have a technician right now. My reply - it’s 30 minutes past the 9:30 asked 2 and a half hours later how much longer? Their response “ Oh we don’t have a technician right now. My reply - it’s 30 minutes past the time it should have been done and they never took the car in? They said they have no way of knowing when they would get to my car because other things come up. Well then what is the sense in making an appointment? I said you could have told me instead of just letting me sit here for 2 hours. This is what I told the service manager and these responses came directly from him. I said I have never heard of making an appointment and then them saying oh we don’t have a technician available right now. It would have been nice if someone could have told me instead of me sitting for 2 and a half hours and them not letting me know! Really I mean who does that. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! And then the service manager told me the recall wasn’t vin specific- news flash - it is vin specific. I asked him if it isn’t vin specific why did the girl who answered the phone make me give her my vin and told me it was vin specific. His reply was she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Way to back up your employees! This dealership puts you last if it isn’t a service you are pay for. Safety obviously isn’t their top priority! Now I have to wait another week to get the part transferred to another dealership WHY YOU ASK. Because guess what It is Vin specific!!!! I do not recommend this dealership. If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible experience. More

Incredibly negative experience, I brought a used vehicle that I was in the process of purchasing from a private party here to have a pre-purchase inspection done. I think they did a reasonable job on that, that I was in the process of purchasing from a private party here to have a pre-purchase inspection done. I think they did a reasonable job on that, however they used the opportunity to offer the seller more than he had agreed to sell it to me for. Seller and I had an agreement. Sun Toyota stepped in and took the deal from me. Mike Devito specifically called the vehicle owner to see if they could steal the deal. Well, they did and I'll never again use, or recommend Sun Toyota. If they are pulling that kind of shady behavior, why would anyone use them for any sort of business? This is why car dealers get a bad name. Jerks. Thanks for stealing my deal that I brought to your attention Mike Devito! Shady AF. More
