I inquired about a 2022 Toyota Sienna and communicated multiple times with the sales team. They were responsive, sent videos, and provided information about the vehicle. However, despite repeated requests, they refused to provide written out-the-door pricing, including dealer fees, taxes, registration, and the Florida military exemption. They are the only dealership I have worked with that would not provide this information in advance, requiring an in-person visit for pricing. I ultimately chose to work with another dealership that provided full pricing transparency upfront. I’m sharing this so other buyers know what to expect regarding their process. More
