Well, this is where we met Christopher Stapleton. He was very professional and knew his stuff. We test drove and purchased a 2016 Toyota Sienna, and traded in our 2011 Toyota Rav4 as well. I receive the very best service every time I have my vehicle serviced at Sun Toyota. My service writer is Lance Johnson I have been working with Lance since he first started with Sun Toyota. I am a medical courier and my vehicle is my livelihood. I trust Lance he is very knowledgeable trustworthy and he is not just an amazing service writer he has become like family . He goes out of his way he has even came in on his day off to help me when I had a problem with my vehicle he contacted the tow company had them tow my vehicle in. My car was still under warranty and was very new so it was odd to have a problem like that in a Toyota. He is very sincere and genuine. He makes our experience so nice that we always make sure he is working when we bring our vehicles in. I cannot say enough about the service I receive at Sun Toyota. There is also another young man John Mendonca who has been our mechanic for as long as I can remember he is such a fine young man we trust him 100% with all our vehicles it has been very nice to watch him grow in the company and it is so nice to see a company recongnize his great potential and has promoted him it is wonderful and sad that he doesn't get to work on my cars but he always overseas and make sure we are completely happy and getting the best service ever. Now the sales department we have bought several vehicles from a gentleman named Matt Beckman he has been our salesman through several vehicles he goes out of his way and makes our transactions very smooth we are in and out without all the headaches and negotiations. He answers our phone calls morning noon and night even on his days off he has always gotten back with us and always had a fast response. He makes us feel like a priority and he has worked with us many times and knows our likes and dislikes. When we are in the market for a new vehicle we call Matt.
