On February 22nd 2025 I financed a 2018 Tesla model 3 with sun toyota with Marcus , deal went great everything was smooth up until February 26th when the car started giving me issues needing service , su with sun toyota with Marcus , deal went great everything was smooth up until February 26th when the car started giving me issues needing service , sun Toyota payed for the first repair $190 , same exact problem came up March 4th .. I paid out my pocket to repair it this time $120 .. time goes by , April 8th THE SAME problem for the 3rd time on the car has now happen 3 times in less than 2 months wouldn’t anyone reading this be furious? after talking to the person that helped sell me the car and told me to call , I call sun toyota and a man who claimed to be named “Steven” answered the phone and Is aware of the situation says to me , “I would never buy a Tesla” , that the car has depreciated 5,000$ in less than 2 months of me having it , also says there’s nothing they can do for me and practically my lost. Well turns out it wasn’t “Steven” on the phone I was talking to I don’t expect to call a certified dealership and hear about what the salesman wouldn’t buy and that I’m shoot out of luck after only having the car for 2 months , beware buying anything other than a Toyota at this dealership they wont give you the time of day !
