Awesome Experience I used my employee's perk program to search the internet for the specific car that I was looking for. I found the automobile and after submitting my I used my employee's perk program to search the internet for the specific car that I was looking for. I found the automobile and after submitting my information and selecting the automobile not long after that I received an email and then a phone call from Patrick Chaban. We spoke and set up a time that worked best for me to come in. Patrick was not pushy or demanding he was extremely professional. Meeting him for the first time was heartwarming, it was like we knew each other before. He made the transaction smooth, listened to my concerns, warm, smiling and great humor at the proper time, but remained focus and professional. The deal was sealed and closed with happiness with me from ear to ear. Then I met Andrew in finance who was amazing as well and worked with me to meet my needs and to remain in my budget that I told him I was working with. He was extremely helpful in making sure I received the necessary things I could afford to be covered. Very professional young man as well. Service Department I moved to Florida last year. My Avalon was due for its 75K service. I asked a neighbor of mine for a reference for a Toyota dealership. Based on hi I moved to Florida last year. Based on his experience with said dealerships in the immediate area, he recommended Sun Toyota. So, I made an appointment for the required service. I was not disappointed. Dan Staal, Service Writer, greeted me upon my arrival. He reviewed the previous service records for the Avalon and advised me what twas required. Dan stated the service would take approximately one hour to complete. Dan then provided a quick tour of the Sun Toyota facility with which I was very impressed. Shortly after one hour, Dan advised the service had been completed. The service invoice was very reasonable, was paid and Dan thanked me for choosing Sun Toyota. I am very pleased with this service experience, and will return for the next required service. I also need to say that Chenise (sp-?) was very friendly and helpful when calling to establish the service appointment. I appreciated her clarity. More

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry XLE w/24,399 miles on it from a friend and wanted to have it checked out because the service light had come on after d I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry XLE w/24,399 miles on it from a friend and wanted to have it checked out because the service light had come on after driving it for 4-days. On Tuesday I made an appointment to drop my car off on my way to work, I was greeted with a friendly face and within minutes Michael McKinley was listening to all of my concerns. I let him know that my appointment wasn't till 11:am but I was leaving the car. I was contacted by email, text and a phone call on what needed to me done to my car. ( gas cap, one of the filters and they unclogged by drain for my sun roof). My car was completed by 11am. and it only cost me a few dollars. Thank you Michael and Sun Toyota. More
