Excellent as always My car has a vibration at certain speeds. Turns out it was a front drive axle issue which had to be replaced under warranty. Great service We walked in on Sunday afternoon 2 hours before closing and were given excellent service. Our salesperson Lee was very helpful in getting me oriented to the inside of my RAV4 before setting off on the road. Very comfortable dealership with drinks and snacks inside. Unfortunately for me the service department closed before I left with my new car so I had to come back today for a proper inspection and it is much busier on a Monday morning. New Car and Service Excellence I went in for service on my 2014 4Runner in November (my third 4Runner from Sun). My service advisor, Mike Jimerson, is the best, and has been my ser I went in for service on my 2014 4Runner in November (my third 4Runner from Sun). My service advisor, Mike Jimerson, is the best, and has been my service advisor for 5 years. He is super knowledgeable, respectful, and brings a practical approach to what might be needed for my vehicle. Rarely have I needed service other than routine maintenance. It is always a pleasure to see Mike and have him manage my service needs. While in for service I was approached by Gary Jarrell, the loyalty executive, about considering a new vehicle. Although it had not been my intention to trade in the 4Runner, I listened to Gary's proposal. Each time I had a question or concern he went back to his desk, researching and clarifying for me. He made several excellent points about my current driving needs and had several suggestions. Gary is a good listener and is easy to talk to. He was interested in what might serve me best and made some really good points. I drove away in a 2018 Highlander thanks to Gary! He has followed up with me since my purchase and coordinated an accessories appointment for me. I highly recommend that anyone even thinking about the possibility of a new vehicle contact Gary for assistance. You will not be disappointed. More
