So well-prepared, organized, courteous, professional, fair. Rani Ezra is such a likeable and patient gentleman. My wife's work commitments made it necessary for me to shop on my own. I tried 2 or 3 models, bu Rani Ezra is such a likeable and patient gentleman. My wife's work commitments made it necessary for me to shop on my own. I tried 2 or 3 models, but one night she could visit Sun, and we decided to consider another model that was larger for family road trips...Rod was kind enough to help us out in Rani's absence. The next day, I returned to Sun and purchased the larger vehicle. At other dealerships, I was kept waiting much longer for my sales rep. to "see the boss." When the "boss" came with the rep. to talk with me, I wrote down offer after offer, and each time, there was no conversation except for his one repeated word: "No." At another dealership, I talked with someone about the same kind of vehicle we eventually bought. When I arrived at that dealership, they were unaware that they had sold it and realized it was leaving the lot as we spoke. Communication would have saved me a 35 mile drive. John Heisler is the best "boss." He understands that "NO" is not a conversation and does not lead to sales. Go to Sun Toyota. They have their act together. BRAVO. More
