I had the opportunity to meet Michael McKinley for my oil change service. He quickly advised me of my vehicles status then proceeded to procress my request. After the mechanic had looked over my vehicle he change service. He quickly advised me of my vehicles status then proceeded to procress my request. After the mechanic had looked over my vehicle he found some items that could and did need attention. Mr. McKinley reviewed my vehicle warranty and was quick to let me know this item should be covered and did made phone calls to get the job done. It was late and an inspector had to come to the shop to approve the work. Mike said I could have a loaner for the repair and in no time I was on the road. I returned when my vehicle was fixed and dropped of the loaner key. I was really happy that I virtually just okayed for him to proceed and was swept off my feet with his confidence that everything would work out and it did. I know these days its hard to trust but I know the work was done properly. I purchased a Toyota because I knew it would be reliable. I'm glad I purchased the premium extended warranty as well. I drive my vehicle on the Veterans highway from Spring Hill and have a 45 minute ride each way so reliablity is a top priority. I want to say the amenities available while waiting for service is greatly appreciated. Its makes the process a pleasant experience. More
