I bought a new crown a couple months ago and love it very much. Ihad a issue that needed resolved and the same day I contacted Ferris Hamdan the general manager I got a call from John Lafemina the service ma much. I went in yesterday and within half an hour they had a cargo net installed in my trunk !!! Thank you for getting one and being so quick to get it done,, I really appreciate the service. We have recently moved to Florida and have already bought 2 cars from Sun toyota and the service dept is beyond compare.. Fyi the lady the runs the nice restaurant there also does a great job!!! I took my 2022 Highlander in for an oil change on July 15,2023. I was taken right in for my 9:30 am service appt. and my car was done by 10:15.
