good service, ending ina near disaster I was cordially greeted by your employee, and soon was assigned to Joe Koenn in Service area. He was friendly, yet efficient in writing my service ti I was cordially greeted by your employee, and soon was assigned to Joe Koenn in Service area. He was friendly, yet efficient in writing my service ticket. About one hr later I was told that my car was almost ready and soon I paid my bill and drove away. About one half of a mile from Sun Toyota something started making a loud scraping noise and soon I realized that the engine protection plate, normally mounted under the engine, fell down. This made driving on the US 19 somewhat dangerous, plus I was about to lose a rather costly Mercedes part. After several stops to make the possible adjustments I made it home to Cobbs Landing subdivision, promptly called Joe Koenn, told him what happened. He expressed his concerns about the mishap and said that the Sun Toyota would make the necessary repairs. I suggested that I would attempt to repair the problem and 2 hrs later I called Joe's line to tell him that I was able to fix the cover. All is good that ends well. More

Disappointed in Tire Balancing Ran over something in the road and needed a new tire. When I picked up the tire the alloy rim was filthy and the tire had original balancing weights p Ran over something in the road and needed a new tire. When I picked up the tire the alloy rim was filthy and the tire had original balancing weights plus 4 new ones mounted on rim which should have been the stick on weights like the factory provided. They fixed it after I said something but now rim has gouge on back side of rim. Car is 2 months old. I'm glad I didn't send my wife in alone for this simple repair. Installing/balancing tire is one of the simpler repairs but needs to be done correctly. More
