Great service department Just had the brakes and a recall done on my 2014 Sienna van. Joe, my service advisor, was a pleasure to work with. Excellent I had a few things going on with my car, Dan explain each thing that needed fixing, how much it was going to cost, and that it would be Saturday befor I had a few things going on with my car, Dan explain each thing that needed fixing, how much it was going to cost, and that it would be Saturday before I would get my car back. He listen to me when I was explaining what was going on with my car and then telling me about the card program that Toyota had now , I did sign up , and would not have if Dan hadn't informed me about the program.
