Finally, Maintenance Work Done on Time! This is the first appointment I've had for my 2012 Camry where the work was done on time and as stated. I have been in several times, not only for sch This is the first appointment I've had for my 2012 Camry where the work was done on time and as stated. I have been in several times, not only for scheduled maintenance, but to have work done on 3 Toyota recalls. The absolute problem was with all these appointments, was that the service person/scheduler was way off for how long it was going to take. On one on the recalls, I was there almost 4 hours when they in fact told me it would be a 2 hour job! I did place a call to complain about this. One other time, after waiting a long time, we were told our car was ready - we signed the papers and stepped outside to wait for our car. After 15 minutes of standing outside, we went back in, only to be told that the car was just going into the car wash. For these reasons, we hesitate to come to Sun Toyota for maintenance. More
