First Impressions As I waited for the service advisor, there were other employees hanging around talking and did not appear to be very professional or attentive. Serice advisor was extremely helpful and explained things well to me. I trusted his advice. I also purchased a sun deflector which I thought to be overpriced but needed it as I could not find one that fit my windshield. There was no cream for my coffee and pastries were gone but the empty display was a mess. One toilet in the ladies room would not flush and soap dispenser was empty. Much attention to detail was needed. These issues can easily be resolved. More
