Joe took the time to explain what they were going to do and estimated how long it would take, by the way he nailed it on the time. Joe also answered any questions that I had and showed me where the coffee and donuts were. The waiting room is very nice and clean. I was comfortable while I waited. I live in Clearwater but I will drive to Holiday for any service I need done on my truck every time. I was very pleased with my experience there, even the drivers that took my truck away and brought it back were very polite and professional. More
