Great service yesterday on my car! Yesterday I had my 5K inspection on a certified vehicle I bought a few years ago. I had good help from my Service Advisor Anthony Roche who reported t Yesterday I had my 5K inspection on a certified vehicle I bought a few years ago. I had good help from my Service Advisor Anthony Roche who reported to me as soon as the inspection was completed that the windshield wipers were in need of replacement (I agreed because they were sticking and grinding as they did their work when I needed to use them) & then I could use an optional re-aliugnment to get even wear out of my tires. So, I agreed to these additions. It was a long wait, but everyone was so considerate, there was plenty of chilled bottled water, TV program, newspapers to read, clean bathrooms, coffee, got the car washed, and even when I found a black grease mark on the car cushion before I left, they immediately drove it to the detailing shop to get it removed. This is a good place to go if you want to be well treated & receive your car service. More

He always explains what and why anything needs to be done. and I am comfortable with that. any questions I have are always answered in a courteous manner to my satisfaction. Frustrating Battery Problem -- SOLVED! Twice in the past month I got into my 2015 Highlander to do some necessary errands only to find the battery dead. Called Toyota and they told me to bring it right in. Got a jump and drove to Holiday figuring a long wait. I was taken in immediately by James and about an hour later they came to tell me that the battery had a bad cell and they replaced it - no charge! Not only did they do that but they washed my car (and did it ever need it). What started off as a bad day became a good day, thanks to Sun! More
