bad service with new tires On 5/4/16 I purchased 4 new tires for my 2007 Camry. In June it was put on a transport to CT. After driving for a couple of weeks, I noticed a thump On 5/4/16 I purchased 4 new tires for my 2007 Camry. In June it was put on a transport to CT. After driving for a couple of weeks, I noticed a thumping sound. Upon looking at the front left tire, I found a big bulge in the tire. I replaced it with the spare and took it to a tire dealer. He checked it out and stated that the tire had to be replaced because there was a bubble due to bead torn during mounting of tire. I immediately sent a letter to my Sun rep, Andrew Wilson, informing him of the situation when I bought my tires. I never heard anything back from him. I am most disappointed. I sent him a copy of the original purchases of the tires and also the bill from the tire company that replaced the tire that stated the problem. I would appreciate hearing from someone from Sun Toyota regarding this. I have the original bills. I also had to have a key made last week and other than it taking an extra 50 minutes than anticipated, I am pleased with the service. I hope to hear from someone regarding the tire situation. I would gladly come in and discuss it with someone. Thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter. More
