First time dealing with Greg Gamble Mr. Gamble is a good representative for Toyota. He appears honest, patient, and concerned. Nothing really bad, but my husband is handicapped and the gentleman allowed my husband to carry the heavy battery quite a way, after I stated it was too heavy for him, as the Dude walked beside him all the way.......I just thought that was a bit disrespectful....he was nice enough though, but that is why I didn't fill out a form the last time....and that is why it is only a 4 star rating. Had I filled out one after the last visit, it would not have been so many stars. Thank you Mr. Gamble for offering the car wash, it is a good customer service perk for we the customers. More
