Positive and Helpful This was my first service appointment on a new Toyota Camry Hybrid I purchased at Sun Toyota in July 2016. I had several requests on additional items This was my first service appointment on a new Toyota Camry Hybrid I purchased at Sun Toyota in July 2016. I had several requests on additional items to check in addition to the regular service items scheduled for that initial appointment. Dan Staal carefully noted all my requests on the Service Ticket, answered my questions, and, ultimately, the Service Team was able to correct all the items in my request. Everything was completed within the exact time frame Dan promised. I was happy that none of my service requests were "dismissed" as unimportant, and even better, they were fixed!
