Excellent service from start to finish. I took a used 2014 Hyundai Accent, purchased at Sun a few weeks ago, in for service due to what I thought might be an alignment problem. As soon as I I took a used 2014 Hyundai Accent, purchased at Sun a few weeks ago, in for service due to what I thought might be an alignment problem. As soon as I pulled into Service I was greeted by a Ms. Fudge (sorry, I do not remember her first name) who was very friendly and outgoing. We went thru the issues and once written up I was told the vehicle should be ready at about 11:30. (I had dropped it off at 10:10). After about an hour or maybe less, Ms. Fudge found me in the waiting room, explained to me what they found, it was fixed, and the vehicle was being washed and cleaned up. In addition they topped off all fluids. Within a few minutes the car was ready and I signed the necessary documents. And this all happened by on or around the time promised. Ms. Fudge couldn't have been any more customer friendly, knowledgeable, and just a nice person to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone Sun Toyota's Service Department. More
