Top Notch Service I took my Vehicle in for a complete review because I was taking a road trip in the next few weeks. Mike Jimerson met me in the service lane and greete I took my Vehicle in for a complete review because I was taking a road trip in the next few weeks. Mike Jimerson met me in the service lane and greeted me by name. I always feel important at Sun Toyota but Mike went the extra mile to make me feel that way. He determined which coupon was best for the service needed and quickly wrote up the service notice. I went inside to wait for service to be completed and my only shock was the snack area was gone.. I was looking forward to my customary donut/hot dog but that was no longer available. But the waiting area is the best in the area for a dealership. My wait time was reasonable and the costs acceptable. Then Mike went and retrieved my vehicle and had it waiting for me in the service lane. I never have an unhappy experience at Sun Toyota!!!! More
