I arrived early as I had just returned from out of state. I didn't even have time to make an appointment. I was pleasantly welcomed and taken care faster then ever expected. Service with coffee and donuts I have an immaculate 2004 Avalon we purchased new. The car is flawless and never had a major problem. Liked it so much we got a 2014 Avalon Hybrid tha I have an immaculate 2004 Avalon we purchased new. The car is flawless and never had a major problem. Liked it so much we got a 2014 Avalon Hybrid that gets 38 mpg. Both cars are serviced at Sun Toyota. Always convenient for my schedule, transportation home if needed. If you get there early enough, you get donuts. More

Immediate serviceability I rolled in at about 645am. I was almost immediately rendered speechless when Michael came up and said " be right with you, i have one car to do ahead I rolled in at about 645am. I was almost immediately rendered speechless when Michael came up and said " be right with you, i have one car to do ahead of you". Less than two minutes elapsed when he came back and we got down to business. Told Mike i did not have an appt. and he said "no problem". We stepped into his office after he took some items down and let me know i was nearing one year and might consider doing the one year maintenance now instead of waiting a few weeks only to have to return for another visit. Great way to treat customers as our time is valuable and this will help me stay intune with my daily business. Well later that day i noticed that i had a yellow mark on my tire and looked and found that they marked where i had a tear in my tire sidewall. Thanks to Mike and his team for looking out for me again. Can't say enough about Sun Toyota and their incredible service team. KUDOS all around. More
