I recently brought my Toyota 4Runner in for routine service. My Service Advisor was Christian Matias. He was the best Service Advisor I have encountered in the 5 years since I bought my vehicle. Christian was very thorough regarding what service I was entitled to that day, the recommended services (30,000 miles) and options available to me in the future. Christian does not portray the typical Car Dealership persona that is often times attached to individuals in your industry. He was sincere and honest. He is the only Service Advisor that did not ask me for a 5 star rating, and the only one I have submitted a review on to date. I will absolutely request him the next time I make an appointment for service. More
