As a customer of my 2010 Rav4 I repeatedly come back to Sun's service dept. WHY , because of the superior customer service , beyond outstanding. They point out the facts and we the customer make the final judgment. Not over priced very competitive. So honest and up front . My service advisor, Asst.mgr.Mr.Brett Samich along with Service Dept. Manager , Mr.Michael McKInley go beyond 10 stars to completely assure all of Sun's customers total satisfaction. Billy was very helpful and answered all my questions when I came in. Unfortunately, when I came to pick up my car, the battery post was not changed. I only know this because I asked Billy to pop the hood and I came in. Unfortunately, when I came to pick up my car, the battery post was not changed. I only know this because I asked Billy to pop the hood and see for myself. He had to take it back to maintenance and have the post changed. I didn't mind waiting but I felt like I was being taking advantage of because am a woman. It has happen to me twice in Guam when I owned 2 lexuses and I could of sued Toyota. But, I left that to God to take care of them. Other than that, Billy is great and will contact him in 6 months for check up. Thank you, Liz More

I would like to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Sun Toyota’s service adviser Mr. Mike Rinaldi. My 2020 Toyota Corolla was due for an oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Rinaldi a service provided by Sun Toyota’s service adviser Mr. Mike Rinaldi. My 2020 Toyota Corolla was due for an oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Rinaldi advised me of a necessary Software update that would add additional wait time to the service appointment. However, after a little over one hour I was called to the Serice desk. All services were completed! My car runs better then ever. I sincerely appreciate Mike Rinaldi and his team for the excellent service they provide at Sun Toyota. More
