The service I recently had for a small issue was really great! I was impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of all personnel I dealt with from the person initially answering the phone and setting up great! I was impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of all personnel I dealt with from the person initially answering the phone and setting up my appointment to the service personnel and the contact person who showed me around the facility….where bathrooms were, coffee area, lounge…even a small food counter area! Also, I was very pleased to receive a video text from the actual mechanics showing their checking out of my car’s issue. What a great idea! Thanks Sun Toyota for a pleasant experience. More
