My experience started with the service intake rep, who was super nice and efficient grabbing ask my information.. Next, Mike Rinaldi my service coordinator was incredible. I moved from another state and h was super nice and efficient grabbing ask my information.. Next, Mike Rinaldi my service coordinator was incredible. I moved from another state and he was able to get access to my service maintenance plan and get approval for services being done to my vehicle. He's the best Mike!!! Also, everyone I met, was very nice, professional, and extremely tentative to my needs. Jim my mechanic kept me in the loop on my vehicle upcoming needed services and was incredibly friendly, professional, and showed me what needed attention. Overall I give this dealership a 5 star but wished I could give a 10 star. Hands down the best Toyota dealership I have ever been to. Congrats guys on a job well done! Another happy customer!!!! I'll be back for all my service needs and if I do decide to buy again, I will definitely give this dealership my business....❤ More

Leo Redding was AMAZING! GREAT customer service. Made sure I was comfortable and kept me up to date on all progress during the repair. Leo also went above and beyond to handle all of the claim informatio sure I was comfortable and kept me up to date on all progress during the repair. Leo also went above and beyond to handle all of the claim information with my warranty to make the process as easy as possible on me. Leo made sure to get my issue handled as soon as possible even without an appointment after having my vehicle towed to your location. Leo deserves the highest recognition for his customer service skills. I called Kira Ritchie my Service Consultant to make an appointment to service my car the next afternoon. She told me it was no problem except it was her day off and she wouldn’t be there for me. I told he appointment to service my car the next afternoon. She told me it was no problem except it was her day off and she wouldn’t be there for me. I told her that would not be a problem if she could put in the hands of a consultant that was as good as her. She made an appointment for me with Roger Hess. Roger was wonderful. He came out to meet me at my car and then brought me into his desk. He looked up my service history and told me was my car needed. He was very pleasant and personable. He answer all my questions and took care of my car. He kept me informed as the work was being done. He was a pleasure to work with. Kira did good recommending Roger. I was very pleased. THANK YOU!
