Excellent service from Service Manager Mo I took my 2012 Prius II, purchased at Sun Toyota, to the dealership for its 80,000-mile service earlier this month (November, 2018). Service Manager M I took my 2012 Prius II, purchased at Sun Toyota, to the dealership for its 80,000-mile service earlier this month (November, 2018). Service Manager Mo stepped up with courtesy and efficiency. He researched the history of my vehicle's service, listened attentively to my concerns and requests, then advised me of his recommendations, including new tires. He used every coupon and discount available to keep costs down. We discussed my options for new tires. Mo was very knowledgeable about tire brands. I felt absolutely no high-pressure tactics from Mo -- just a sincere desire to advise me about the vehicle's essential service and parts replacement needs. The wait time was reasonable, less than I had expected. Sun Toyota has a very pleasant, clean, well-equipped waiting area that features free coffee and tea as well as full food service.
