Excellent Service as Usual Did not have an appointment but went to Sun Toyota due to tire warning light staying lit on the dash. He was not only kind, but he listened to me and what I had to say, and he kept me informed as the time progressed. I had a cup of coffee and watched a little TV and was out the door before I knew it. Service On AC and tire rotation. Came in for AC evacuation. Unfortunately, you have to spend $250 for the evaluation to find out the leak can’t be found. So, the leak continues and Came in for AC evacuation. Unfortunately, you have to spend $250 for the evaluation to find out the leak can’t be found. So, the leak continues and I will have to shell out another $250 next time the coolant goes low. On the positive side, they found a nail in a tire that I did not know about, which as appreciated. And the waiting area is huge with comfortable seats, good wifi plus dynamite coffee and donuts, etc. When you wait for your vehicle to be serviced like I do, the amenities make the wait so much easier. I don't need to replace my tires yet but I got prices just in case--and was shocked to see that the dealer prices were nearly $200 less than prices I'd received elsewhere. More
