Service department nails it I brought my 2016 Sienna van in for the 50,000 check last week. Michael McKinley was my advisor that day, and he was very professional and personable. Because my previous service had not gone as well as it could have, I was given a rental car for the day and my van was detailed and washed after it was serviced.
