Service Center Dan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I came in for a standard oil change and had noticed that my dashboard lighting was not as bright as Dan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I came in for a standard oil change and had noticed that my dashboard lighting was not as bright as usual but forgot to mention it to Dan. He came back to me and said upon checking your battery it appears to be losing power. He recommended a new one. Problem solved. A great experience as usual ! More

I asked for Denise Gardener as she is the BEST service advisor I have I took my 2015 Prius V to Sun Toyota even though I did not have an appointment. I asked for Denise Gardener as she is the BEST service advisor I have ever came in contact with at Sun Toyota or any other dealership. My 45,000 mile service was conducted professionally and quickly. Denise notice the previous advisors did not put the dates of service in my owner's manual, so she took the time to update my service annual. This is just one way Denise goes beyond the call of duty. If anyone is looking for an awesome service advisor ask for Denise Gardner you will not be disappointed. More
