Great Customer Service I went in for Service on my car, the person who took my car in, Marc Langlais was very friendly and attentive , he kept me informed of everything that I went in for Service on my car, the person who took my car in, Marc Langlais was very friendly and attentive , he kept me informed of everything that was going on with my car while I was there, after they found out what was wrong, he immediately called and got the part ordered. I had to leave the car in the dealer for fixing, but this guy was so nice, that he got us a rental to use for a few days until my car got fixed. Through the whole process I was informed of every little detail of what they did to my car. Thank you Marc, you kept me worry free through all this process. That is whay I define as customer service.
