Since the Morgan Group purchased this dealership in 2016 it has gone steadily down hill. We purchased 1 Cadillac and 2 Camrys from them since 1014. I'm writing this review to warn others about the scam their service department runs on unknowledgeable customers. I brought my Toyota Highlander in to see an approved Toyota service deportment could tell their service department runs on unknowledgeable customers. I brought my Toyota Highlander in to see an approved Toyota service deportment could tell me why my A/C turns off randomly and if an error code is registrar in the control card. I did have a maintenance required message on my car display. After an hour they told me zero about my problem and they didn't even reset maintenance require message " I did". In fact they sent me a hooky text with a video saying my in car air filter was dirty, that's it not that it needed to be replace! Little did they know I have had my inside car filter (have the receipt) change recently. This text was a total scam and fraud to the public. The sad note is I am in the market for a new car and it won't be brought from Sun Toyota. I would recommend not to use their service department of their dealership. More

Worked with Adam today when we bought in our 2022 Camry for service. Very nice gentleman. Went to have a seat, and this salesman came over and asked if we were interested in buying a new car. We said no, j for service. Very nice gentleman. Went to have a seat, and this salesman came over and asked if we were interested in buying a new car. We said no, just getting ours repaired. Asked him a couple questions. He really knows his cars. Very intelligent, answered all our questions. Answered to many questions, that he had the right answers for. We wound up buying the new model Toyota Crown. Only went in for repairs and ended up buying a brand new car. Great experience dealing with Darren R More

We discussed the tech's (Daniel Pluskota) recomm the service advisor, Zach Sullivan. He kept me apprised of the 70K servicing on my 2018 Prius Prime. Every service advisor I've worked with has been great. Example: I brought in my much-loved 2017 Tacoma with a severe front-end wobble that was clearly not just out-of-balance tires. Brent and the technician could easily have sold me on an expensive fix of a number of front-end/steering components, but after a thorough check, they showed me that the problem was simply a bad front tire. Considering that the tires had 50,000+ miles and were already due for replacement, I opted for a new set of tires on which they gave me an excellent deal including dynamic balancing and alignment.
