Joe Koenn (Assistant Service Manager) not only explained the reason, but also assisted me on making sure I understood the options to take care of those issues. He was efficient, knowledgable, courteous. His customer service is exceptional. It was truly a pleasure working with him on getting my car issues fixed. I must mention, that it was my first time at Sun Toyota. I felt that it was not the mechanics fault that my car had any issues. Thank you all, from Joe to the mechanics for a great job well done.
