Good service At first I was not happy bc I made my appointment with my service guy and when I got there he was off. What is the point on making appointments with your usual service guy? But Michael (the other service guy) was very attentive, nice and professional. He explained throughly what my car needed and got us out of there in a very reasonable time. I am glad that I have two service guys to choose from now. Lance and Michael! On another note my car was leaking oil and I found out that it was bc last oil change there, they left something loose. Thank God nothing happened to my car. More

Sun Toyota Dealership is just Amazing, from day one with the Sales Department and our Salesman DJ Besida who was so helpful in every way, to the Servi Sun Toyota Dealership is just Amazing, from day one with the Sales Department and our Salesman DJ Besida who was so helpful in every way, to the Service Department that we needed to install the tri-fold cover on the back of our Tacoma. We live over an hour from Sun Toyota and the reason we made our purchase from Sun was because they gave us the best price by far and our Salesman DJ was nice enough to deliver the Truck to our home with the paperwork for us to sign. We were never able to go to the dealership because of my disability and my wife's limit on the distance she is willing to drive these days. Even when it came to the Service Department they picked up our truck and returned it after they installed the tri-fold cover over the bed of the truck. We know the Service Department normally doesn't pickup and return vehicle's that are there for service, but in our special case they made an exception and we very much appreciate everything they have done. More

Oil change & tire rotation I had an appointment for oil chg. & Tire rotation & was out in less than an hour. Excellent service however I do not agree with all the additional charges for "Shop Supplies" l suppose if a mechanic uses 4 shop tags when he could have waited until the job was completed & use just 1, that I should be responsible. I know that shop tags are not thrown out after using. They are generally cleaned by a laundry service. More
