Great service I was received on my scheduled appointment by my service manager, Denise, who explained to me the process and the projected time to finish the job. I I was received on my scheduled appointment by my service manager, Denise, who explained to me the process and the projected time to finish the job. I then waited in the waiting room which is, I must say, very clean, there’s an ample space to move around,entertainment, as well as free drinks of coffee and bottled water! There is even a small breakfast area where you can order a variety of specialties off the menu! Overall, a great experience. Honest Thought I needed an oil change, but Michael was honest pointing out that I still could go another 5,000 miles before it was needed/required. I do have one concern about my air bag and the recall list. I have a 2013 Camry XLE Hybrid. I was told to wait until I get my recall card, but my question is: should I have an accident and this issue was not taken care of because I did not get my recall card can I sue Toyota and the air bag company?
