Joe is the BEST I brought my RAV4 for an oil change. When my assigned Service Adviser was not available, Joe came out and took charge. Reviewed the reason for my visi I brought my RAV4 for an oil change. When my assigned Service Adviser was not available, Joe came out and took charge. Reviewed the reason for my visit and when he was writing up the order he noticed much to my surprise that I had a credit due to me which he applied to my account. He took the extra step, which I appreciated very much. It didn't take to long to get the oil change done. He reviewed what was done and made some recommendations, which I took under advisement.
