Zero stars. Let me save you the expense and hassle from doing business with Suncoast - I would never buy/lease a car here (or with any Dodge Ram, Jeep, Chrysler) Let me save you the expense and hassle from doing business with Suncoast - I would never buy/lease a car here (or with any Dodge Ram, Jeep, Chrysler) or bring it here for service. If you buy a car here they are admittedly (Jeff stated) selling programs for maintenance, oil changes, etc that they will not honor or are having problems honoring (sometimes it's covered, sometimes it's not - even though I paid for this program). Every time I have gone in for routine oil change maintenance, I have to go thru being harassed by the service department specifically Tami Mitchell - Service Advisor who seems to enjoy being confrontational, gas lighting customers, and name calling. Today Tami Mitchell yelled at me and called me a "Dick" in front of her manager Ryan while Ryan said nothing to her. Then I spoke to the other Manager Jeff who once again did nothing, offered no apology for being verbally abused by Tami Mitchell, and was unwilling even at that point after all that, still did not offer to uphold my service program certificate for a simple oil change. I went over to the sales department to find the General Manager or owner and again was given back to service department. It was only when I called from home to ask for the owner was I given the name Wayne Schmidt. I was told he was made aware of the situation but still have not heard from him and again I left my contact info. My lease is up in a couple months and I'll be switching to a reputable brand and dealership with ethics and honesty and treats customers with dignity and respect. They continue to claim that this is a third part issue, but it was Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram that sold the program to me in the finance office. No customer deserves this treatment or to be duped by this "Car Care Service Plan" More
Martin was wonderful and Jared. I had some upside down issues and they really worked it out and got me into a vehicle I absolutely love after being in a bad spot from another dealer I had some upside down issues and they really worked it out and got me into a vehicle I absolutely love after being in a bad spot from another dealership. I highly recommend Suncoast. I don't know of any other dealership that the owner actually calls you to see if everything was sufficient! Thank you Mr. Schmidt. I will highly refer any friends or family to you. More
Brought my 2017 Ram in for scheduled appointment. oil change, tail light out, rotate tires, check brake pads. Called for status 5 hours later and no response. Finally drove up there and they say, oil change, tail light out, rotate tires, check brake pads. Called for status 5 hours later and no response. Finally drove up there and they say, “No one called you? it’s been ready.” And no tire rotation, brake light still not working. The only thing that got done was oil change for $289. Left 2 messages for a manager and never got a call back. Bill was my contact guy and left a message with the secretary also with no response. I’d go somewhere else. I bought my truck there new in 2017. I will take my business elsewhere when it’s time to buy again. More
Absolutely the worst service department experience ever. Brought my 2018 Dodge Charger in due to noise in center of car. Initially mis-diagnosed fault to wheel bearing, and replaced it, didn't fix problem Brought my 2018 Dodge Charger in due to noise in center of car. Initially mis-diagnosed fault to wheel bearing, and replaced it, didn't fix problem. Reinstalled old wheel bearing back on vehicle, and than told me the center bearing on the driveshaft was worn requiring replacement of the entire driveshaft, with a $2800 quote. They also told me they couldn't find an active warranty, declined service. Went home are verified Mopar warranty and called dealership, after they confirmed it, scheduled return service. Completed the repair, and charged me for both the diagnostic fee and warranty deductible. Questioned the diagnostic fee at checkout because it is covered under warranty, both Service Advisor and Cashier told me to contact Mopar warranty for refund. Contacted Mopar warranty, they told me the dealer should not have charged me the diagnostic fee and to seek refund from the dealership. Four months have passed and neither have refunded the $199 diagnostic fee. Filed BBB complaint, Wayne Jr. did not accept responsibility and pointed fault to everyone but the dealership. It was the selling dealership fault for not registering the owner warranty, etc. This delership got $2800 reimbursement from Mopar warranty (including the diagnostic fee I paid) essentially geting paid twice for the diagnostic fee, and refused to refund $199. Clearly not customer focused, didn't get any support from either the dealer or Mopar warranty, and the sad part is the driveshaft should not have to be replaced at 35,000 miles, this problem is all over the internet, clearly an engineering/inferior part defect, no customer focus at all, the battle is not over... Ordered my first brand new Jeep since I bought a new Jeep back in 2008. I asked for an out the door price that I needed a TOTAL of what to expect when picking up the Jeep. They failed to mention the deale back in 2008. I asked for an out the door price that I needed a TOTAL of what to expect when picking up the Jeep. They failed to mention the dealer fees on top of the delivery fees. So that was my first issue. When the jeep arrived it had a small dimple on the hood. It was circled in red. I pick up the Jeep and the dimple is still there so I had to take it back and drop it off for the day to have it fixed. I don't live close and it was not convenient. So that was my 2nd issue. Still, so far so good I'm loving the jeep. 6 months later we were ran off the road by an inattentive driver and had a small accident. I took it to Suncoast for the collision repair. I took it to them since they were an official Jeep dealer and collision center. Great work on the body pretty happy there but they didn't order all the parts for the top. So had to take it back again for the top to be fixed. After picking it up, issues with the top not seated correctly. Huge wind noise coming in, the edges of the top don't sit down in the channel and a big bump on which is clearly going to wear a hole in the top from rubbing on the brace. Took it back 2 more times for the top to be adjusted and they say that "this is just the way it is". I looked at the exact same jeep on the showroom floor and it is definitely not "just the way it it is". I've owned a Jeep wrangler since 2008 and I've never had this much wind noise inside a jeep and had a top look like this. I'm so unhappy with it. I wish I had never bought my Jeep from them and certainly wish I had NEVER had them do the collision repair. Pic of the top that doesn't sit down in the channel attached. More
Just read the reviews, they waste your time and don't do xxxx! Waited 45 minutes for a scheduled service only to tell me my warranty was canceled which it is not. Stay away from these losers. xxxx!
