I bought my Jeep wrangler form Suncoast in 2016- and I loved the experience. Carey the sales man made it super great experience for me. But throughout the years the service has gotten horrible. Fast for loved the experience. Carey the sales man made it super great experience for me. But throughout the years the service has gotten horrible. Fast forward to Feb 2023- My car was rear ended and needed body work. The body work shop did a great job, but didn't seem to care much about the other concerns I had for my car. The check engine light went on after accident and weird noise in tire. They ensured me that these two thing could not way be related to the parked Jeep getting hit at 60 mph and sent over the curb. I trusted their input and understood that these things could not be happening due to accident. I took it over to service center. Bill and his team were great and honest. He told me the work my car needed would cost $5000- I asked them not to proceed with work. 12 minutes later I got a call from the sales team member Daniel stating that he heard my car needed some major work and wondered what he could do to get me into something else today. I was disgusted by this- didn't even give me enough time to make any real decisions about my vehicle. When I asked to speak with his manger he told me he would out there appraising my car and again wanted to know what type of vehicle they could get me in today. I was upset and told them I would be in to pick up my car now. He told me “this isn’t a big deal, no harm no foul to know the value of your car” This felt very vulture like business plan. I don't know if this is standard for Suncoast, but if it is they should rethink. I will NEVER be returning my business. $225.00 for an inspection and to be harassed and bullied into just getting something new. More
I went out of my way to take my vehicle to Suncoast. It is about a 45 min. drive each way but they gave me pretty good service in the past. Once I took it to the body shop after an accident because they It is about a 45 min. drive each way but they gave me pretty good service in the past. Once I took it to the body shop after an accident because they were listed as a "lifetime repair facility" by Allstate. I had to take it back twice because items were falling off. I had to have another repair facility re-attach other items also when I was out of town. This time my vehicals extended warranty was running out And the struts, sliding door and blower motor needed repairs. It also needed a scew cap, a $4.45 piece missing from the accident that they either forgot to replace or it fell off. I called a week in advance to let them know I needed a rental car under the contract. They had my car for 3-days on Saturday they said they did'nt have a rental. So I went back Monday. I got the rental and thought they would have it done in a day or two. I got a call Friday night to pick it up Saturday. I cancelled plans for the weekend to get the car. The last straw was the Body shop charged $21. to snap on the $4.45 part. When I said it was a life time repair they said to bad it's been to long. I don't know what changed at Suncoast but it's not for the better. I would say that I don't think this was all the service advisors Bill's fault. More
My son purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang from them less than 30 days ago. In the first two weeks it had a clutch cylinder leak. But because we traveled from Palm Coast two hours away and He has driven the car t 30 days ago. In the first two weeks it had a clutch cylinder leak. But because we traveled from Palm Coast two hours away and He has driven the car to work since getting the car it is over the 2000 mile “warranty”. Last night the break fluid indicator came on and the battery died. This dealer charges an almost $1300 dealer fee which is presumably for ensuring the vehicle is serviced and mechanically sound. I’m currently waiting to hear from someone at the dealership to see what they are going to do to make this right. Otherwise I will be seeking legal action. When selling a vehicle and charging a dealer fee the “as is” is implied to be in sound mechanical condition. The dealer also didn’t confirm the payoff for his trade in and wanted to charge my son another hundred some odd dollars because they didn’t do their own due diligence. I certainly hope I don’t have to sue them for misrepresenting a working vehicle that now isn’t drivable More
The usual lying finance department. Oh this extended warranty covers 99% of everything. Nope sure doesn't. In fact i found out afterward he put us on the power train only. Now I'm char Oh this extended warranty covers 99% of everything. Nope sure doesn't. In fact i found out afterward he put us on the power train only. Now I'm charged for a diag fee that I told the advisor exactly what the problem was, the driverside ac blend door actuator. All i wanted was to check if it's covered under the so called great warranty. No diag needed. Not covered will be 850 bucks, I went to autozone got the part for 35 bucks and fixed it myself. Still charged me for diag. Somebody needs to refund my 220 diag fee back. More
Be wary of the script/flow chart way of work with this service department. If you have mechanical knowledge of your vehicle and are able to communicate your needs (because you are able to fix somethings service department. If you have mechanical knowledge of your vehicle and are able to communicate your needs (because you are able to fix somethings yourself) but are held hostage by computer codes being reset this is not the place for you to obtain assistance. Simply asked for a check in regards to wiring ended up with suggestion of fixing what was already fixed. Geez! We are a moderate income family and enjoy DIY working on our vehicles. Was hoping to have RAM dealership work with us but now we have found a locally owned smaller shop to help us with our issues. More

Dealing with their "service WARNING!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! In my opinion, avoid Suncoast Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM on Park Blvd in Seminole, Florida. Dealing with their "service" dept could not only make a significant dent in your wallet, it could potentially cost you your life. Even if your vehicle breaks down directly in front of their building, do yourself a huge favor...and push, pull or tow your car as far away as possible. Our Jeep Wrangler had an issue with the left rear brake locking up, and we unfortunately had it towed to Suncoast. Epic mistake. What started out as a problem with the left rear caliper quickly turned into multiple problems including the left front caliper, as well as calipers on the right side, pads all around, rotors all around, a rear axle seal, etc, etc, etc. Every time our phone rang it was the service "adviser" recommending something else in her endless quest to up-sell. The total kept climbing. We agreed to the work which was absolutely necessary to repair the axle seal and the left rear brake. It took them nearly a week to do that work. Important to note: their printed assesment of our description of the problem later included a piece of apparent fiction that we claimed the left front was locked up as well. (This was NOT accurate; we never said it). So istead of replacing both rears, they replaced the calipers on the left rear and left front. Immediately after getting the Jeep home following a 45-minute drive from their God-forsaken dealership, we heard a serious "clunking" sound coming from the left rear side. Having zero confidence in their honesty and abilities at that point, I took the Jeep to a different dealership, who immediately discovered that one caliper bolt was entirely missing, another one was not tightened to specs, and the right rear wheel itself was actually loose! Great quality control, huh?! Yes, we were exceptionally lucky that the caliper and/or wheel didn't fall off, causing significant damage, untold havoc on the road with other cars, and serious injury to others or myself. After speaking with the GM, who passed me along to their Service Manager, they essentially could not have cared less. Basically an "oh well" attitude. They offered to refund a small portion of the labor charges, amounting to less than 1/10th of the total bill. We're waiting for that check but won't hold our breath. In our opinion after our experience, please consider your personal well-being, your vehicle's safety, and your bank account by staying FAR away from Suncoast Chrysler Jeep! By contrast, if you live in the area, go instead to Dayton Andrews Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat - Clearwater! They truly are caring professionals who wasted no time in properly fixing everything that Suncoast Chrysler apparently screwed up. More
Sales guy Cole was great. He wasn’t aggressive and very nice. My only problem is I came with a pre approved draft from SC Credit Union and they refused to take the draft. They wanted to use their lenders nice. My only problem is I came with a pre approved draft from SC Credit Union and they refused to take the draft. They wanted to use their lenders and that costed me hard inquires on my credit report. If I didn’t like the car I would have walked away because that was ridiculous. I have filed a complaint with Suncoast to let them know Suncoast Jeep isn’t honoring their drafts. Besides that nonsense I’m happy with the vehicle they had a great variety of low mile vehicles. More
