The most dishonest, uncaring dealership I have ever dealt with after purchasing over 40 cars in my life. They had a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Sport S in transit - it was shown in their info page as white with blac with after purchasing over 40 cars in my life. They had a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Sport S in transit - it was shown in their info page as white with black fenders and silver colored wheels. I put a $500 deposit on it on-line. When it came in, it had white fenders and black wheels and I decided not to take it. Even though they were out nothing and sold the vehicle immediately, they refused to refund my $500 deposit. I have reported them to the BBB, FTC, Chrysler and written them the 1 star reviews that they so richly deserve. I have put in a stop with my cc company, and if all that fails, I will take the derelicts to court. More

I’ve used this dealership for service minimally in the past 5 years. I only brought it in for warranty work or complex issues. They did it right the second time they worked on the problems but it still wasted my time. How can you trust certified mechanics when they do repairs wrong multiple times? I stopped using them and my current diesel mechanic has been able to fix problems the first time. I rarely rate any business this low. At $150/hour for repairs, this dealership needs changes from leadership on down. More

Do not buy a used car from this place. I found a car online called and got an out the door price. Me and my wife flew in from out of town and once we got to the dealership we were told that the price I online called and got an out the door price. Me and my wife flew in from out of town and once we got to the dealership we were told that the price I was given was wrong and it had increased by $1400. I was about to fly back home but they changed it back to the original price. Then I got home and found out the brakes were shot ( car only has 43k miles on it) so that was another $900 to fix. The same day the generic battery they put in it went out and that was another $200. The “warranty” they gave only lasts 2 months and doesn’t cover anything other than if the engine or transmission went out. More

I was totally on fire with anger and had an understanding why people lose control and go off the hinges at these people. Then Nick had the nerve to contact me a few days later about the purchase!
