Went above & Beyond! My car died at the end of our vacation and I needed to get in a new vehicle quickly as I’m a single mom with 5 kids. August Chaffee found me a great c My car died at the end of our vacation and I needed to get in a new vehicle quickly as I’m a single mom with 5 kids. August Chaffee found me a great car that met all my requirements plus some. Unfortunately, I ended up with a broken timing chain less than a month later. I did not purchase an extended warranty (stupid mistake of my own) but Sam Cypher (used car sales manager) went out of his way and got it fixed for me. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
