I purchased a 2022 traverse from Sundance on 12-17-25. I feel I got a good price on the car and a quality car. Then the salesman had to take me to see the finance guy! CAUTION this guy was out to complete I feel I got a good price on the car and a quality car. Then the salesman had to take me to see the finance guy! CAUTION this guy was out to completely deceived me. He never spoke about taxes and fees for the purchase or my total financing amount or monthly payment. His only mission was to add a service contract and Gap insurance to the cost of the car. He was very evasive when I tried to question him. He also added tire insurance to the purchase which cost 1000 dollars he never mentioned. Total cost this guy added to the purchase agreement was 6441 dollars. Also, they did not put a copy of this purchase agreement in my paperwork they sent me home with so I could not see the cost he added. This finance guy completed ripped me off! I returned the next day with a legal person and had the purchase agreement rewritten. They absolutely did not single me out. Again, CAUTION they will do the same to you. More
