Sales vs. Customer Service John was great during the sale. When we had an issue with the vehicle, after three days and less than 200 miles, you couldn't reach anyone in the sale John was great during the sale. When we had an issue with the vehicle, after three days and less than 200 miles, you couldn't reach anyone in the sales dept. The manager we did reach, Troy, he just asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" This was our second purchase here, there will NOT be a third. And we didn't get our $1 a mile to shop there either. More
