Great dealership Paul was very friendly, fast and personable. He even came in on a day off to help us, and stayed late another day to answer questions. They got my address wrong on the paperwork, requiring a driver be sent for new signatures the next day. Address was recorded incorrectly requiring a redo. Most significantly, they didn't send my paperwork to the lender. I called over a month later to find out what happened and they couldn't tell me. This resulted on another hit to my credit as the lender had to rerun my credit to create a new offer since the initial one expired. Frustrating experience. More
