Jessica was a great resource in finding the Impala closest to what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable in options and current programs. This made the new car experience even more fun! Joseph (in the service department) has been, and is, determined to solve a wheel balance problem to my satisfaction. The tire problem was solved with 4 new tires with oversight by Joseph Bruder in the service dept..I am completely happy with the work and will recommend Sundance to all! Thanks team!

They have been very accommodating to my work schedule and providing me with a ride to work and then a loaner car so that they can take care of my vehicle. Great personal and professional service. As soon as they pulled my car in, and Dan from Security Auto Glass approached me to let me know that I can get the chip in my windshield fixed covered by insurance. I have never had anyone from the usual dealership I take my car to offer that service! I will definitely be coming back!

- shadows411I recently purchased a new vehicle from Sundance Auto. As part of the purchase I added on a treatment of undercoating, rust proofing and interior protection treatment. This was an additional purchase at just under 600.00 I dropped my car off at 8:30 am, and picked it up afternoon, the next day. Upon inspection I found several blemishes (photos taken but not posted) in the sealant on the outer body. It looked horrible. I showed this to the service manager handling my case. The service manager was willing to take the car back and have it touched up. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and did not have the luxury to sit and wait for longer periods. I was already under pressure to leave, as my wife was asked to remove my other vehicle off the property because they needed the space she was in, to treat other customers. I was appalled at this. There were no other places to park, My wife was not blocking traffic (I parked this vehicle myself), it was out of the way. I find treatment like this very unprofessional and has discouraged me from ever returning to this dealership. It appalls me that Sundace thinks so little of customer service, that they treat us like stupid cattle. That is my story. Over all I would rate the quality of work at low quality, because of all the blemishes. Quality of customer service as a low because of the way they treated my wife. I liked the fact the manager was willing to take the car back to make things right. But I should not have had to go through this experience at all. With the huge amount of money customers spend at Chevy dealerships, we should have minimal, professional high quality treatment and high quality service when getting our vehicles serviced for any reason.
