20k Maintenance Service F-350 I did not have an "appointment" when I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. I have purchased my last six vehicles here, including one that was not a Ford (Nissan for my daughter) and have my other non-Ford vehicles (BMW, Jeep) serviced here as well as my two trucks and have always been treated fairly. Service The service department is always trying to sell you something you do not need or charge you for something they did not do! They will no longer rotate The service department is always trying to sell you something you do not need or charge you for something they did not do! They will no longer rotate my tires because “the factory lug nuts are swollen”. If they are a factory part and I have an extended warranty I would hope the dealership could get them off and replace them! What am I supposed to do to get my tires rotated? More
Excellant at fixing error's Had an issue with last service and sent notice to dealer and was contacted by Marilyn Smith who made arrangement to pick-up and correct the problem, w Had an issue with last service and sent notice to dealer and was contacted by Marilyn Smith who made arrangement to pick-up and correct the problem, which was done promptly. Even though it was repaired it should never have left the service department the first time as the check engine light was on and no tech noticed it or just ignored it. I have been a customer for over 25 years at Sunland this is only the second time an issue arose, they always corrected the problem. Much better percentage than other automotive repair facilities I have gone to in the past. Thank you Marilyn for promptly correcting the issue. More
