I could take it to a independent garage and probably pay half that much, but it wouldn't be a Ford specialist working on my truck. I guess the old adage "you get what you pay for is true". More

Not a Dealership Issue My wife took her car in to the service department because a warning light came on. Upon arrival, she was told it a would take a couple hours before My wife took her car in to the service department because a warning light came on. Upon arrival, she was told it a would take a couple hours before her car was able to be seen by a technician. About 3 1/2 hours later, she received a call for the service writer. The service writer told her the front brake rotors would need to be replaced due to excessive wear. As my wife was not clear why this would be needed, I was asked to talk to te service writer about the issue. When I began to query about not only the rotors, the past service work, s well as the New Ford Pass. All my questions were met with very generic answers that lead me to not trust or at the very least to further question what I was being told by this individual. Bottom line, while I have no hesitation to purchase a vehicle for the Dealer, the service department has all but lost my trust with the servicing and repair of my Ford vehicles at this location. More
