This used to be a decent dealership. Now itās horrible. They kept my truck two weeks to āfixā the issue of excessive smoking at cold start up which is still under warranty. After two weeks of jacking me around as to when it would be done, they finally said it was fixed. Except itās not. Still smoking and now it runs tougher than it did before. Oh and thanks for finally getting me a rental p.o. After a week and a half of borrowing my bossās car. Was really great to take his car out to pinion hills so he could drive me to the rental place only to find you didnāt send the p.o. And it didnāt matter as they had no Ford to loan me anyways! And letās not even mention defective lug nuts!!🤦🏻āāļø🤦🏻āāļø Never again. Corporate has been notified trust me. More
I arrived for my service appointment early, but the service person immediately checked me in and advised me that those who had appointments ahead of me would be serviced first. He asked if there were other issues and I pointed them out. I was told that I would need to make another appointment for General Service as this was just an oil change with 'the works'. Round trip for me is 110 miles, so I waited. The service was done before I expected. Checking out was a little difficult as 'the computers were acting up', but my Explorer was ready. I have an appointment to return in two weeks which may involve an overnight stay as the warranty items (4) are with different parts of service. I guess I miss the simple days when the dealer and service people all knew your name and your vehicle. Bought my first Ford in 1963 and have been a loyal customer for years. More

With all the issues in the automotive industry with low supply and a high demand for parts, Sunland Ford (Larry) jumped through so many hoops to find the parts that my vehicle needed. It was a simple tube supply and a high demand for parts, Sunland Ford (Larry) jumped through so many hoops to find the parts that my vehicle needed. It was a simple tube that anyone would expect Ford manufacturing to have, but nope. After 3 weeks on waiting on Ford's list, Larry and team went to work hunting down this part from other dealers (even out-of-state). Once they found this part at another dealer they had it shipped and installed within a couple days. I also went searching for this part from dealers and auto parts store and everyone was waiting from Ford. I really appreciate everything going on in today's environment to still find staff going the extra mile. More
